Lowcostbeds makes UK appointment
Lowcostbeds has appointed Andrew Nicholson as business development director for the UK.
The bed bank said the appointment was ‘part of its focus and commitment to the UK as a source market’.
Nicholson joins from travel technology provider Orchestra Technology.
CEO Paul Evans said: "The UK remains the largest source market for lowcostbeds and we are committed to its growth. Andrew is a highly respected figure in the UK travel sector who has built and managed successful businesses and is a valuable addition to our experienced team."
A spokesman said: "Andrew’s appointment is prompted by a review of lowcostbeds sales structure and the desire to strengthen the existing UK business development team."
Adam Alford, business development director EMEA is now responsible for the Middle East and Asia in addition to continental Europe. Both Andrew and Adam will report in to lowcostbeds’ managing director Mar de la Fuente.
