Lufthansa/Austrian prizewinners revealed
Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines have announced the winners of the eXperts Academy familiarisation trip and rewarded their top selling agents.
Kai Peters, Lufthansa general manager Australia, and Morten Skaar, general manager Austrian Airlines, hosted the event at Sydney’s Winter Festival.
The event also marked the complete integration of Austrian into the Lufthansa Group.
Announced as the winners of the eXperts Academy educational 2010 were:
Toula Liondis from Ursula King Travel / Goldman Travel Corporation;
Teresa Szozda from Magna Carta Travel;
Stephen Ross from Travel.com.au;
Sarah Hackett from DBT Corporate;
Melita Zaknic from Corporate Travel Headquarters;
Natalie Laffin from Bestflights;
Robert O’Brien from Australian Pacific Tours;
Stephanie Vodnik from Adriatic Adventures.
In September these winning agents will visit Austrian Airlines training centre in Vienna as well as Lufthansa’s Seeheim training centre, with a side trip to Munich.
Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines also recognised their top selling agents across a series of categories.
The 2009/2010 top selling agent winners included:

Best Corporate Agency Lufthansa & Austrian: Hogg Robinson Group
Best Agency Austrian Airlines: Adriatic Adventures
Best Agency Lufthansa German Airlines: Adria International Travel
Best Consultant Lufthansa & Austrian: Ana Marjanovic SET Travel
