Luxury chain signs up new UK sales manager
Former Silversea Cruises sales manager Karen Jackson has joined One&Only Resorts in a similar role
She will be responsible for managing key tour operator and travel agent accounts in the UK.
The company said her role was to strengthen and increase One&Only Resorts relationships with agents, key operators and industry partners, including sales development, product training, organising and hosting agent training evenings and workshops, and educational trips for tour operator staff and travel agents within her assigned key accounts.
Ms Jackson will represent all One&Only resorts for assigned key accounts – One&Only Ocean Club, Bahamas; One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai; One&Only Le Touessrok, Mauritius; One&Only Le Saint Géran, Mauritius; One&Only Palmilla, Mexico; One&Only Kanuhura, Maldives and One&Only Reethi Rah which opened in the Maldives on May 1.
Sales vice-president Mark Allvey said: “With her extensive experience in the travel industry, we know she will continue to ensure that One&Only Resorts maximises its support to travel agents and operators.”
