Luxury line starts online agent training

Wednesday, 07 Oct, 2009 0

An online training programme for agents is being introduced by luxury line Crystal Cruises on the website of the Association of Cruise Experts.

Designed for both new and regular Crystal-selling agents as well as home-based agents, the new programme will provide partners with an overview of the line.

The training will focus on dining options, daytime and evening enrichment and entertainment. Selected destinations and itineraries will also be covered.

It follows the launch of a “Take A Fresh Look at Crystal Cruises”campaign which highlights Crystal’s commitment to work exclusively with the travel trade and comprises number of initiatives aimed at supporting agents.

Included within this campaign was a dedicated agent’s website – www.discovercrystal.co.uk – designed to improve trade communication.
