“Malindo Air has helped Rayani Air on numerous occasions when they have encountered delays and cancellations. We hope this will ease the problems of passengers who are in urgent need to travel without any disruptions.”

Passengers who present an email or proof of travel booking on Rayani Air will be offered a discounted fare, Malindo said.

AirAsia also announced a 50% discount for disrupted Rayani Air passengers.

Rayani Air chief executive officer Ravi Alagendrran has promised the airline will recover and resume services in the near future.
