Man hopes to break world record by pulling Eastern Airways aircraft…by his ears!
A Leicester man will attempt to set a new World Record at East Midlands Airport on April 25 by pulling an Eastern Airways aircraft with his ears.
Manjit Singh from Highfields will team up with the airline to celebrate the airline’s 10th anniversary and raise money for his charity by attempting to pull a Jetstream 41 passenger aircraft along the apron at the Castle Donington base, using only his ears.
It is hoped that this attempt will be recorded and verified for inclusion in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Singh already holds 30 World Records, including the strongest lungs in the world, pulling a double decker bus with hair 78.2 metres and lifting 85kg with his ears.
He will be raising sponsorship money during this feat for his charity Manjit Fitness Academy which plans to give opportunities in sport to children living in Mahilpur, where he was born.
