Management changes at Gray Dawes
Gray Dawes has announced a management reshuffle following the appointment of Nicola Cousins as financial controller and company secretary.
She joins from First Data where she was finance manager, working as a business partner to senior management, responsible for budget management and reporting.
Nikki Regan, formerly operations manager has been appointed director operations while Sue Tasker, who joined the company in January, becomes director sales and account management.
“Completing the all-female senior team is Suzanne Cockburn who was appointed CEO in May, demonstrating that there is no ‘glass ceiling’ at Gray Dawes,†said a statement by the travel management company.
“This new team structure and change in job titles better reflects the level of responsibility attached to these roles and truly demonstrates the key focus of the company’s overall business strategy,†said chairman Peter Inchcape.
