Manchester departures brochure from Virgin Holidays
A second dedicated Manchester departures brochure has been issued by Virgin Holidays.
A 26% rise in overall holidays departing from Manchester has encouraged the operator to produce an expanded 2006-07 programme.
Orlando, the Caribbean, New York and Las Vegas are featured, based on flights from Manchester with sister company Virgin Atlantic Airways or other scheduled airlines including bmi and Continental. Bmi flies three times a week to Las Vegas and in the summer Virgin Atlantic is adding extra weekend flights from Manchester to Orlando to meet summer holiday demand.
Virgin Atlantic also launches a Manchester-St Lucia service from November.
Virgin Holidays is offering free car parking for two weeks at Manchester airport for a limited time.
The operator’s managing director Amanda Wills said: “The first Manchester brochure was launched over a year ago and proved very popular with our customers in the North.
“The brochure highlights some of our most popular destinations where we offer direct flights from Manchester, and for the first time we have added Las Vegas and New York to the brochure.”
