Monarch adds Gatwick-Faro services
Monarch is adding three additional flights from Gatwick to Faro in the peak summer weeks, taking the number of weekly services to 12.
The extra flights will depart on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and operate between July 31 and September 1.
Managing director Tim Jeans said the expansion follows an increase in Faro bookings of 60%, fuelled by the introduction of daily flights from Birmingham and increased frequency from Manchester and Luton.
The carrier also announced an increase in flights between Manchester and Palma over Easter.
