Monarch launches free flight information service
Monarch has launched a free email and SMS update service to provide information on flight departure and arrival times.
Real-time updates give customers departure and arrival times for their flights and send them an email or SMS if there is any change.
In addition, family and friends will be able to subscribe to the updates to ensure airport pick-ups and drop offs are on time.
Customers can enter the email address of a family or friend during the booking process, or subscribe to any flight themselves by providing a valid email address to receive the updates.
Monarch said the service was developed following customer feedback.
