Monarch Scheduled claims record May
Monarch Scheduled achieved a record month in May carrying more than 320,000 passengers.
This was up by 34% on May 2005 when 239,000 passengers flew with the airline.
It also broke the previous monthly high of 303,000 in August last year.
The level of internet sales also rose in May to 87% from 81% in the same month last year.
Load factor for the month was up by almost 8% year-on-year to 80.04%.
