Monarch targets bargain hunters

Sunday, 06 Jul, 2005 0

Monarch Scheduled has launched a ‘bargain hunter’ section to its website enabling customers to view the lowest available fares.

The window offers flights to a range of beach and city destinations with fares updated on a daily basis. The flights are bookable online.

Sales and marketing director Jonathan Crick said bargain hunter is aimed at customers looking for the cheapest deal rather specific destinations.

“Rather than searching through many different dates and routes they can simply click on this feature and be presented with details of dates, routes and the lowest fares available,” he said.

“Passengers looking for great value short breaks tell us that low fares are their priority. This will be welcomed by the increasing market of spontaneous travellers on the look out for the best low cost getaways.”

Monarch Scheduled fly to Italy, Spain, Gibraltar and Portugal from Birmingham, Gatwick, Luton and Manchester.
