Mr & Mrs Smith co-founder to talk at Travel Convention
Mr & Mrs Smith co-founder Tamara Lohan will speak at the ABTA Travel Convention in September.
Lohan, who has been instrumental in developing the network of website’s bespoke booking technology, will talk to delegates about getting the technology right, curating contact and her approach to personalization.
She is credited with masterminding an array of innovations at Mr & Mrs Smith and Smith & Family, including the implementation of responsive design across all its sites and the development of the new Smith Hotels iPhone app.
Lohan, who was awarded an MBE earlier this year for services to travel, will speak at a plenary session on Tuesday, September 23.
