NCL revamps tiered agent reward scheme
Norwegian Cruise Line has revamped its agents’ benefits system to create four levels of sales achievement.
The four tiers – Preferred, Premier, Elite and Millionaire – are based on levels of sales and offer different ranges of benefits, depending on the level of sales.
NCL says commercial terms and benefits will increase as agents demonstrate increased levels of sales, from £50,000 at the Preferred level, £250,000 at Premier, £500,000 at elite and £1 million at Millionaire.
Benefits available include dedicated marketing support, invitations to new ship launches, visits and educational trips, and priority placing on the line’s relaunched Cruise Academy training scheme. Special rates on cruises and invitations to NCL agent events are also on offer.
Sales director Francis Riley said: “Our mission is to empower agents to sell cruises to give their customers what they want, impact their own bottom line and make NCL the number one choice for British cruisers.”
