New company serving cruise conferences

Monday, 14 Dec, 2005 0

Events at Sea is a new collaborative effort by Conferon Global Services (CGS) and Landry & King.

Conferon is a major meeting planning company and Landry is a cruise meeting company.

The company will include two new services from Landry, including ShipSelect, which allows users to see 200 meeting friendly cruise ships able to accommodate up to 3,000 attendees.

A second service, ShipPlanning, incorporates site inspection, on-board meeting management and other cruise ship related activities.

Landry planners are available to accompany groups during their cruises.

Conferon will also offer online and call center-assisted registration, air and hotel bookings and other services such as ground transportation.

Events at Sea can arrange for an entire ship to be chartered, an unusual if not unique service.
