New concierge service at…airport?
Airline passengers in California are apparently being offered a first: a live concierge knowledgeable about Las Vegas.
The concierge will be located at Gate A4, Terminal A, at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank. Staff at the booth will utilize VEGAS.com’s state-of-the-art Cyllenius System for Concierges.
Cyllenius offers a large collection of Vegas-related products.
Additional airport concierge locations using the system will be launched in the next few months, according to the company.
“We can’t imagine a better pre-flight perk for outbound passengers to Vegas,” said Howard Lefkowitz, president of VEGAS.com.
The booth will operate from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.
