New GM for Expedia Affiliate Network
Expedia group has appointed Ariane Gorin as senior vice president and general manager for the Expedia Affiliate Network.
Gorin previously led Expedia group’s Market Management organisation in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for 14 months.
In this new role she will report to Johan Svanstrom, president of the hotels.com and venere.com brands.
Expedia said the new structure will enable EAN affiliates to benefit from focus on the hotel product, online retail experience and technology, "bringing greater consumer expertise to the business-to-business space".
The Expedia Affiliate Network began as a standalone brand within the Expedia group around five years ago and will remain independently run under Gorin’s leadership.
