New Orlando resort making its mark
Luxury Kissimmee resort CLC Regal Oaks is reporting a successful opening month after opening in early March.
Located just four miles from Walt Disney World, the new resort has seen robust occupancy so far across all segments including family vacations, sports groups and corporate parties, and says it is already almost fully booked for summer.
It is the company’s second resort in the Orlando area.
The resort features a $9m centerpiece clubhouse which leads to a freeform swimming pool and a natural lake.
Other amenities include a mini aqua park, tennis court, fitness center, mini market and business center.
There are 347 two, three and four bedroom townhouse residential units which are available to the vacation rentals market through CLC World’s Leisure Sales division, and via online platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.
An additional 102 units are under construction.
"Since opening we have enjoyed a great response from guests – we have been inundated with requests for future bookings and there has been a lot of interest from potential buyers," said resort managing director Laura Sherman.
A CLC Regal Oaks team will be taking its message to the IPW travel fair which returns to Orlando for the first time in five years.
"The IPW offers a spectacular stage for us to set out just what makes CLC Regal Oaks such a special place and we are very excited by the opportunity," Sherman added.
