New travel tech startup platform launching in India

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) will launch a new innovation platform to help budding travel tech start-ups promote themselves.
 
FICCI plans to introduce the ‘Travel Tech Launchpad at its flagship event ‘Digital Travel, Hospitality and Innovation Summit’ which will be held in Delhi on March 22-23, 2017.
 
Travel Tech Launchpad will be a vehicle for startup founders to market their products or services and find appropriate tech service partners.
 
"FICCI is launching the Travel Tech Launchpad with an objective to encourage entrepreneurship and technology innovation in the field of travel and hospitality," said Rahul Chakravarty, Director and Head – Tourism, FICCI.
 
FCCI is organising the event in association with Agnitio Consulting LLP, Nucleus Partners, TravHQ Media and Charson Advisory, and expects attendance by key angel and venture capital firms.
 
Other attendees include key executives from leading travel firms MakeMyTrip and Yatra.
