NLG starts travel website at WalMart.com
Leisure travel seller National Leisure Group (NLG) launched its low-cost vacations and cruises at Walmart.com, the nation’s leading retailer.
The new travel service called WalMart Vacations now offers customers an online resource for planning and booking vacations and cruises directly at www.walmart.com/travel.
WalMart officials say customers have service charges, membership fees or hidden costs.
Customers can buy packages or create their own plans using dynamic packaging.
Wal-Mart Vacations will be offering various cruises and/or vacation packages at special “rollback” prices every three months to specific destinations just for Wal-Mart customers.
Featured destinations will include Mexico and Las Vegas.
NLG is one of the largest online and offline providers of leisure travel. It is operating with WalMart under its Vacation Outlet brand.
Wal-Mart has included travel has part of its product line for several years.
