Norse Atlantic extends P&O Cruises Caribbean charter partnership
Norse Atlantic Airways confirmed it will offer another season of charter fly-cruise flights to the Caribbean for P&O Cruises in winter 2026/27.
It extended the partnership with the cruise line, Norse CEO Bjørn Tore Larsen said during its Q2 results conference call.
P&O Cruises inked a deal with Norse for winter 2024/25, and then recently extended it for the upcoming winter season.
“We are pleased to have renewed the charter agreement with P&O Cruises for next two winter seasons, flying cruise passengers from the UK to the Caribbean in the November to March period,” Larsen said.
Norse Atlantic reported a strong increase in revenue for the second quarter fueled by a record 97% load factor and 36% in overall passenger growth.
It marked the airline’s first-ever second-quarter operating profit.
“The positive momentum from the start of the year has continued into the summer with record load factor and strong passenger growth, yielding a 27% increase in passenger revenue,” he added.
