NYC & Company launches travel trade webinar series
The Big Apple’s destination marketing organization NYC & Company is rolling out a series of travel trade webinars.
It is aimed at travel trade partners and meeting and event planners to keep updated on the latest New York City news for the tourism industry.
Monthly webinars provide the latest educational updates and opportunities to connect with hospitality, tourism, and MICE businesses.
The first webinar called ‘Rediscover New York City’ goes out on 15 October for travel trade partners, and next week sees a webinar focused on meeting planners.
Further webinars are planned for November and December.
"As New York City’s five boroughs safely reopen and we look to welcome visitors and delegates when the time is right, it is important that we continue to connect with our trusted travel trade and planner audiences," said Fred Dixon, NYC & Company President and CEO.
Selected NYC hotels, venues, attractions, museums, and tour providers will join NYC & Company’s Tourism Development and Convention Development teams during the online presentations.
NYC & Company will also launch a Diversity Webinar series focusing on BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities and businesses across the five boroughs.
