Oliver’s Travels acquires Provence villa company
Luxury villa holidays specialist Oliver’s Travels has announced its largest acquisition to date.
It is acquiring Homes & Provence, a boutique company specialising in handpicked villas in Provence.
This will add 23 exclusive villas in Provence to Oliver’s Travels’ portfolio.
The company says this will strengthen its position as a market leader in villa and chateau holidays in France.
Co-founder Oliver Bell said: “This is a significant milestone for Oliver’s Travels. This not only represents our largest acquisition to date but also aligns perfectly with our vision of growth.”
“We are dedicated to expanding our portfolio with unique and luxurious villa holiday options.”
Including this acquisition, Oliver’s Travels now offers 1,250 properties in France alone.
The company is actively pursuing more strategic acquisitions and expects to announce two more deals before the end of the year.
