Oliver’s Travels acquires Spain villa firm
Villa specialist Oliver’s Travels has acquired rental company Sitges Hills Villas in Spain.
It marks the operator’s third acquisition in just a few months.
It now bolsters Oliver’s Travels Spain portfolio by over 70 rental properties.
It follows the acquisitions of Pure France and Lac Montagne last year.
“The acquisition further strengthens Oliver’s Travels’ presence in the sought-after Sitges region,” co-founder Oliver Bell said.
“Sitges Hills Villas has built an exceptional portfolio in one of Spain’s most desirable regions.”
Oliver’s Travels says it remains focused on growing its portfolio further and plans to make further acquisitions this year.
