Operator reports sales up for the Far East

Funway Holidays has seen sales to the Far East soar since the launch of its standalone brochure ‘East by Funway’  in December.

The operator said forward bookings for 2012 are up 52% for Thailand and 33% for Malaysia, Bali and Hong Kong.

And it hopes its New Year campaign, with agent incentives and competitions, will drive sales even further.

Today sees the launch of a four-page tactical brochure, working with EVA Air and Bangkok Airways, to target key areas including Phuket, Koh Samui and East multi-centres.

Nandita Patel of Funway Holidays said: "Our new dedicated brochure offers a variety of Thailand and tailor-made multicentre packages and showcases some great tactical offers from our partnered hotels, whilst strengthening our partnership with Bangkok Airways and EVA Air.
