OTA Skiddoo partners with Amadeus
Australian online travel agency Skiddoo recently signed a distribution agreement with Amadeus to increase efficiency and product offerings.
The OTA says it is already seeing incremental growth as a result of integrating Amadeus’ Master Pricer Instant Search and Special Offer solutions.
The Amadeus Master Pricer fare search platform offers quicker response times on searches, and enables Skiddoo to better target customers with special offers.
"We were looking for an IT provider who could support our strategic plans. We are growing, and plan to expand further into Asia, so we needed a technology partner who could support that growth and had a strong footprint in the Asian market," said Skiddoo CEO Mirza Juddani.
It delivers on functionality and efficiency, Juddani said, and was the best option due to Ameadeus’ strong airline relationships.
"It’s exciting to work with a dynamic, growing company like Skiddoo. Mirza and his team are innovative in the way they use our technology and integrate it with their own systems. We already have some interesting new projects in the pipeline," said Amadeus IT Pacific’s Australia GM, Justin Montgomery.
