Pelicans and Peacocks in Newport Coast, CA

The newest property along the Newport Coast (near Newport Beach, CA), The Resort at Pelican Hill, is an amazing property with indulgent ocean views, all set amidst one of the richest parcels of real estate in Southern California.

The designers of this estate-like resort  took into account the amazing mansions who have exclusive views of this lovely & strikingly beautiful Tuscan villa hotel.  It can also be considered a resort, luxury boutique Spa & Golf Club.  They were sensitive to not designing something that looked like a hotel and instead, opted for architecture that blended in with the surrounding homes.  It eluded a feeling of spaciousness and European charm, including many little areas throughout the property to relax and unwind in peace.

Upon arrival to your bungalow or villa, you are greeted via your private entrance to a lusciously rich design with absolutely all the comforts you would possibly need or want … from big tubs with caviar bath pearls to glorious showers, large size private-label amenities, to coffeemaker with grinder, fireplace and many other creature comforts.

The Welcome tray of the freshest pastries, made on property along with sweet cream butter, real jam & juices (for morning arrivals; different for other times) is a nice beginning of a stay here at the resort.

The Grand Tour of the property will take you to wondrous places including:

The biggest round pool imaginable, perfectly situated with infinity ocean views, lots of private cabanas and restaurant.

The magnificent and richly decorated spa & fitness center is a haven you won’t want to leave very quickly.  They thought of absolutely everything.

Event & meeting space abound with extras only a highly experienced meeting or wedding planner would think of.

Kids Club – to be a child and have this place to yourself … WOW.  Wait till the kids see this place!

The luxury villas all have terraces with stunning Pacific Ocean views, and offer two, three or four bedrooms including a private garage, gourmet kitchen, limestone fireplaces, a personal butler service, walk-in showers, wine cabinets and all the latest technology including 60" flat-screen HD TVs, and Bose audio systems.

Pack your suit, some good books, a healthy appetite and head for The Pelican!  The staff will take very good care of you!  Are there peacocks at the resort? Well, not exactly.  But the thought is nice.
