Peter Andre helps Jet2 celebrate milestone
Jet2.com has celebrated its 15th anniversary with the help of Peter Andre and colleagues from the airline’s first-ever flight at Leeds Bradford Airport.
Andre surprised customers at check-in and boarded the aircraft to serenade customers and staff with a special Happy Birthday rendition.
Back in 2003, the first Jet2.com flight took off from Leeds Bradford Airport to Amsterdam.
At the time, the company had two aircraft serving just nine destinations and now it has grown to become the UK’s third largest airline with a fleet of 88 aircraft flying to 65 sun, city and ski destinations from nine UK bases.
It has since carried over 65 million customers.
