Luxury river and ocean cruising specialist Peter Deilmann Cruises has joined the Passenger Shipping Association Retail Agents Training Scheme

Peter Deilmann becomes the 26th cruise line member of the organisation.

PSARA will work with the line to offer agents in-depth knowledge and understanding of both ocean and river cruising.

The line’s UK managing director Mark Lewsey said: “As river cruising becomes increasingly popular, the development of agent training in selling river cruise products is crucial in ensuring agents are better equipped to sell this product in the UK.”

PSARA business development director Andy Harmer said: “The opportunity for them to work much more closely with agents, and their commitment to the UK trade is a fantastic recognition of the importance of the cruise market to travel agents.”
