Accounts is also being overhauled, and travel agents previously serviced by field sales will be managed in-house by two key account executives and their assistants.

Field sales is being revamped to become a 12-strong team reporting to field sales manager, Craig Freeman. There will be four regional account managers; two have been named as Kirsty McIntosh and Rachel Mottram, covering the North/North West and North/North East regions respectively.
