Pontin’s sales chief joins Hoseasons
Well known Pontin’s retail travel and tours sales manager Jon Schofield has quit to join Hoseasons.
He has left the holiday parks company after 12 years to join domestic operator rival Hoseasons as business development manager.
His appointment is described as being “part of an aggressive step to continually improve sales and support for the travel trade”.
Mr Schofield will report to Hoseasons sales director Yvonne Borg, who said: “Jon brings with him a wealth of experience that we shall put to the test immediately, particularly in support of the travel trade and our principals.”
His role will include increasing the visibility of the Hoseasons brand by educating the trade and consumers alike, the company said.
