Pot tourism could become Thailand’s ‘secret weapon’ as looks to speed up the post-Covid recovery, according to a senior health official. Secretary of the Public Health Commission Chatchai Trakulrungsi told conference delegates Thailand has a distinct advantage as the only Asian nation to partially decriminalize cannabis.
It is a ‘secret weapon’ to lure tourists, Chatchai said. It could become a big selling point if marketed well.
