Premier Travel becomes Jet2’s Stansted partner
Premier Travel has signed an agreement to become Jet2holidays’ partner from Stansted Airport.
The agency’s 17 branches across East Anglia can now sell Jet2’s low-cost package holidays for March 2017 and beyond.
To celebrate the new partnership, the independent travel firm is offering early-booking offers for Jet2holidays and has already received a number of bookings.
Jet2holidays recently announced it was branching out into the region with Stansted Airport becoming its ninth base.
Premier Travel’s portfolio of 21 European destinations with Jet2holidays include Lanzarote, Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura, as well as locations such as Pula and Dubrovnik in Croatia and Kos, Rhodes and Zante in Greece.
The operator will be adding more destinations from Stansted over the coming months.
Premier Travel director Paul Waters said: "We are really excited about our new partnership with Jet2holidays.
"Our Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots and Ely branches already have great success when it comes to bookings for Jet2holidays from East Midlands Airport, and with the addition of Stansted, we are expecting to see our bookings for the operator dramatically, as the Essex-based airport is conveniently located near many of our branches.
"This new partnership also means we can bring even more choice and options to clients across the East of England who may be looking for low-cost package holidays next summer."
