He joined the travel company in 2007, stepping from its sister company Premier Holidays which he joined in March 2003.
Premier Travel, which includes the Premier Travel and Travel Centre brands, has grown from 15 outlets to currently 28 over the past four years.
Water said: “It’s been an extremely challenging year within the industry across the world and I’m really looking forward to my new role as sales and marketing director, continuing to help further the yet untapped potential for further growth in profit for Premier Travel.”
