Prepare for the 2013 TravelMole Awards
The countdown has started as nominees, sponsors and guests prepare for the 2013 TravelMole Web Awards.
Only 23 days until the event at the refurbished DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London – Hyde Park in the new and exciting Urban Meadow on September 12.
The awards will be followed by an After Party in central London where the theme will be Motown Magic.
In keeping with tradition the day will be centred around networking as well as award presentation.
Whilst the awards are always the highlight of the day for those involved, high priority is put on maximising the return on investment made by the various sponsors through relaxed networking both at the awards and at the after party.
This year’s pre-award reception has been sponsored by BedBank whilst the after party frivolity is courtesy of Holiday Extras and the music provided by Pure Michigan.
For the tenth anniversary a special auction and raffle will take place in aid of the Family Holiday Association.
At the end of its first decade as an event, this year’s awards have been expanded with the introduction of an additional category, Holiday Miscellaneous.
Nominations began on July 8 and will close next Tuesday, August 27. The shortlist will be announced on Thursday, September 5.
If you still have to nominate, please do so now by going to Awards, selecting the category and entering in the appropriate one. You can enter your own company and text of no more than 100 words as support is required.
Judging of both the shortlist and the winners is, as always, carried out totally independently of TravelMole.
Amongst the additional sponsors for 2013 are Avis, DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton, Travel2, Vibe, Experience Kissimmee, Affordable Car Hire, Attraction World and Travelport.
