Princess canceling full season of Galveston cruises
Princess Cruises is scrapping a full season of cruises out of Galveston, Texas on Majestic Princess.
It impacts all cruises scheduled on Majestic Princess from Galveston from November 2026 through March 2027.
The cruise line cities a change in its ‘global fleet deployment strategy.’
In a letter to customers, Princess Cruises said: “We’ve made the tough call to cancel all Majestic Princess sailings from Galveston scheduled between November 2026 and March 2027. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and thank our guests for their understanding.”
Customers will get full refunds and the cruise line will help them rebook.
Princess hasn’t said where Majestic Princess will now be deployed or if it will be replaced with another ship in Galveston.
