Princess launches new booking portal

Thursday, 22 May, 2015 0

Princess Cruises is to drop the Complete Cruise Solution booking portal after launching its own booking portal, OneSourceCruises.com, which went live yesterday.

The cruise line said it had decided to introduce a simpler and more tailored booking system following agent feedback.

OneSource will add a new flight booking service within the next three months. Head of sales Alex White said Princess has created a one-stop-shop for agent partners to make it easier for them to book with the cruise line.

For a transitional period, agents will be able to book with both Complete Cruise Solution and with OneSource.

Princess has also simplified its agents’ training programme.
