Qantas Statement On Airbus Meetings
Qantas said today it had not held any meetings with Singapore Airlines or Emirates to discuss compensation issues associated with the delay of the Airbus A380 aircraft.
The Chief Executive Officer of Qantas, Mr Geoff Dixon, said media reports of such a meeting were incorrect.
“Qantas has not held any discussions at any level with Singapore Airlines or Emirates on this issue. Discussions on compensation for Qantas are being held between Qantas and Airbus,” Mr Dixon said.
