Qantaslink adds to Dubbo service
Qantaslink will add 364 seats per week to its Dubbo-Sydney service from September 11.
The airline will use larger Dash-8 Q300 aircraft on 36 of its 54 weekly services to achieve the increase.
Qantas Group General Manager Regional Airlines, Narendra Kumar, said the 16 percent increase in capacity would be used at key morning and evening times to better meet demand.
Mr Kumar said feedback on the 50-seat aircraft had been very positive.
“As well as being more spacious, the Q300 offers increased passenger comfort and is quieter, with its advanced noise and vibration suppression system,” he said.
