Qatar Airways and China Southern Airlines have agreed to deepen their commercial tie up.
The comprehensive partnership – which includes an airline codeshare agreement – will be enhanced further with a new MoU.
The MoU outlines collaboration in the areas of cargo and frequent flyer programmes.
It was signed by Qatar Airways Group CEO, Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer and China Southern Airlines CEO, Han Wensheng.
Qatar Airways and China Southern will reciprocate their respective Privilege Club and Sky Pearl Club members’ frequent flyer benefits.
This includes earning and spending Avios/Miles on both Qatar Airways and China Southern flights.
It also covers tier benefits in the form of lounge access and other airport perks.
