Racist rant gets JetBlue passenger banned

Monday, 27 Oct, 2020 0

An American man was arrested in Kingston, Jamaica after a long racist tirade against flight crew and passengers descended into chaos.

The man’s bizarre and ‘abhorrent’ rant was apparently sparked by a seat assignment issue and overhead baggage space.

The long outburst was directed at flight attendants and various passengers.

Multiple videos were shared to social media.

Eventually other passengers got tired of his n-word littered rant and punches were thrown.

He was then escorted off the plane in handcuffs by Jamaican police to the sound of cheering from other passengers.

The airline banned him.

"We have zero tolerance for racism or harassment, and after reviewing this customer’s abhorrent racist behavior, we have determined he is no longer welcome to fly JetBlue," the carrier said.
