Radio presenter to moderate ABTA event
LBC radio Late Show presenter Tom Swarbrick will moderate this year’s ABTA Travel Matters event, to be held in central London in June.
The event, which is the 10th of its kind, will debate the future of travel beyond Brexit.
The theme, A Vision for the Next Decade, will cover what the industry will look like in the future and how travel business leaders will navigate the shifting political landscape.
Confirmed speakers include Eurostar International CEO Mike Cooper, London South Bank University chancellor Sir Simon Hughes, director of Travel Trade Consultancy Martin Alcock, Sandra Kelly of People 1st International, and ABTA head of public affairs Luke Petherbridge.
Additional speakers will be announced shortly.
The half-day event will take place on the morning of June 26 at One Great George Street in Westminster, London.
