Radisson Blu Mirage Resort, Fiji Naisoso Island
Radisson Hotel Group recently unveiled a series of major developments across its Australasia portfolio.
It will see market expansion, enhanced guest experiences, and increased owner profitability, the company says.
Radisson Hotel Group cited several hotels opening later this year and next year.
The development of Radisson Blu Mirage Resort, Fiji Naisoso Island scheduled to open in 2026, reached two significant milestones: it is now funded by both the Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) and BSP Financial Group (Fiji) Pte Limited (BSP), and full-scale construction has commenced on Naisoso Island.
The upcoming opening of Radisson RED Auckland, the first Radisson RED in New Zealand, is set for the end of 2025.
Another key milestone is the debut of Park Inn by Radisson Melbourne Carlton in Australia.
This will mark the upper-midscale brand’s first entry into the Australian market and is scheduled to open in Q2 2025.
“Australasia is one of our most potential markets, our upcoming developments confirm the trust our owners place in Radisson Hotel Group’s brands,” said Elie Younes, EVP & Global Chief Development Officer, Radisson.
Radisson Hotel Group also continues to focus on streamlined operations by further investing in EMMA, the Group’s cloud-based tech platform.
It integrates hotel systems like CRM, Property Management, sales and catering, reservations, loyalty programs, and digital touchpoints.
The Group is also transforming the guest experience by harnessing advanced AI technologies such as AI-driven multilingual content translation and digital replicas of hotels, allowing guests to virtually explore rooms and facilities.
The Radisson Hotels App has now surpassed 1.9 million annual downloads and has been recognized by Google as best in class.
