Radisson Hotel Group highlights four strategic openings in France for 2026

Radisson Hotel Group is accelerating its expansion across France with a slate of high-impact signings and upcoming openings. Supported by strong partnerships with major real estate players, the group is reinforcing its presence in French destinations through targeted conversions spanning luxury lifestyle to upscale hospitality.

Our growth strategy in France is firmly built on the trust of our existing partners, while also forging new relationships with forward-looking investors to create a lasting footprint in Paris and beyond. In every project, we’re recognized as a meaningful partner who enhances asset value through thoughtful, high-quality hotel developments. France remains one of our most important markets in Europe, renowned worldwide for its appeal to both business travelers and tourists, and we’re committed to supporting that reputation with a dynamic and diversified portfolio that reflects the best of Radisson Hotel Group,” said Valérie Schuermans, Chief Development Officer (CDO) Western Europe, Radisson Hotel Group.

Banke Opéra Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel — Opening Q3 2026

The Banke Opéra Paris will expand the Radisson Collection footprint in the French capital. Located on Rue La Fayette, steps from Galeries Lafayette Haussmann and the Palais Garnier, the 90-room hotel is set to appeal to both leisure and business travelers.

Built in 1907 as a bank and converted into a hotel in 2009, the property is undergoing a full renovation that blends Parisian refinement with contemporary design. Its striking Belle Époque façade and notable architectural features, including a historic staircase attributed to Gustave Eiffel, will anchor the updated aesthetic.

A 19th-century atrium will serve as the central hub connecting the reception, bar, and restaurant. Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a wellness area housed in the former bank vault, and flexible spaces for private events and meetings.

Radisson Blu CDG Airport Terminal Hotel — Opening January 2026

Located directly across from Terminal 3 at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and a short walk from the CDGVal shuttle, the new Radisson Blu will offer seamless access to all airport terminals. The 305-room hotel — including 20 junior suites and five suites — is scheduled for upgrades in 2026, with a refreshed lobby and restaurant-bar enhancing the guest experience.

With 1,500 square meters of meeting space, the hotel is positioned as a prime venue for business events and corporate gatherings. Guests will also enjoy a terrace and a comprehensive range of wellness features, including a modern fitness center, sauna, steam room, and indoor pool.

Radisson Hotel Cannes Seaside — Opening 2026

Set along the waterfront in Cannes La Bocca, the Radisson Hotel Cannes Seaside marks the debut of the group’s fastest-growing upscale brand in one of the Côte d’Azur’s most iconic destinations. Just ten minutes from La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, the 100-room property was recently acquired by Byron Gestion and will undergo a full renovation ahead of its reopening under the Radisson brand.

The hotel is envisioned as an urban resort with direct beach access, an outdoor pool, landscaped gardens, and expansive sea views from most guestrooms — many of which will feature private balconies.

Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule, a Member of Radisson Individuals — Opening Late 2026

Rounding out the group’s 2026 pipeline in France, the Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule will bring a tranquil coastal retreat to the Radisson Individuals portfolio. The property will combine local charm with a wellness-focused offering designed to capture the essence of La Baule’s relaxed elegance.
