Radius attracts Tzell as shareholder
Global travel management network Radius has added US agency Tzell Travel Group as a shareholder.
New York-based Tzell was recently acquired by European technology company CNG Travel and reported sales of more than $450 million in the year to September 2003. The company has a presence in 11 states and is amongst the top ten top agencies in the US with a staff of more than 300 agents.
Radius president and chief executive Tony Hughes said the addition of TZell would greatly enhance the group’s global network.
Tzell president Barry Liben said: “Tzell provides a solid business platform, organisational structure and innovative managemnt system that will be a tremendous resource and partner to Radius.”
