Rental Escapes hails record sales in 2024
Full-service luxury villa platform Rental Escapes hailed a banner year in 2024, with record-breaking sales, and an expanded villa portfolio.
It achieved key milestones last year, including a rebrand and launch of a new website, as well as adding more than 700 villas to its portfolio.
“We are incredibly proud of our accomplishments in 2024. We’re excited to continue elevating our offerings in 2025 and beyond,” said CEO Brian Schwimmer.
It saw an increase in villa inventory in New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the United States.
Also in 2024, it expanded its ‘Keys to Success’ travel advisor program.
This arms advisors with resources such as monthly live webinars, unbranded and white-label websites, unbranded magazines, ready-to-go email campaigns, a social media library, and rewards program.
Rental Escapes last year introduced ‘Reimagine’, a series of interactive digital magazines showcasing its most popular destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe.
These are available in both white-label and standard formats.
Rental Escapes says it plans to continue expanding the villa portfolio, and further strengthen its travel advisor partnerships.
