India based cruise booking platform Int2Cruises cites major worth of cruise holidays in India with most Indian travellers choosing to cruise within Asia.

Int2Cruises is the first ever cruise-specific online travel platform in Asia.

The Int2Cruises study finds more than 70% of Indians take Asia sailings, with Singapore leading as the most popular destination to sail from.

The report says Singapore is a top pick among all age ranges, including for family cruise holidays

Breaking it down, Hong Kong is popular with younger families, while Alaska is a top pick for seniors.

The report finds that over two-thirds of bookings are made less than 90 days before sailing.

This is much shorter on average compared to other regions.

Akansha Agarwal, CMO of Int2Cruises, said: “What we’re witnessing is the rise of a new generation of cruise travellers; more curious, value-conscious and digitally confident.”
