Rider dies after Adventureland theme park accident
Four people were rushed to hospital after an accident on the Raging River at the Adventureland theme park in Ohio.
A boat overturned on the ride with three suffering critical injuries. One of them died late Sunday night in hospital. The Park said it is cooperating fully with authorities.
The ride was apparently inspected the day before the accident and was signed off as in ‘sound working order.’ It was only put back in service recently but will now remain closed until a full investigation is completed.
