Riviera Travel offers free upgrade for 2024 European river cruises

Monday, 01 Sep, 2023 0

Riviera Travel is hoping to boost peak summer European river cruise bookings with a free cabin upgrade.

It is valid on European river cruises departing between July 15 and August 31, 2024.

The deal, available now, is applicable to all bookings made before October 31, 2023.

The deal offers a complimentary upgrade from middle to upper deck.

The 2024 European river cruises range from seven to 14 nights in France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary.

There are 64 departures to choose from, across 12 itineraries.

Upper deck cabins unlock superior views compared to the middle deck, and many are slightly larger.

In addition to the upgrade, guests will receive a superior drinks package, which is now included as standard on all Riviera’s 2024 European river cruises.

The package provides unlimited drinks from a selection of wines, draft beers and soft beverages, both over lunch and from 6pm until midnight.

Guests can also order a cocktail or mocktail of the day, house spirits and mixers during the evening, and a recommended regional wine with dinner.

Will Sarson, Riviera Travel head of product worldwide and cruise, said: “Our free upgrade campaign brings an exciting new dimension to exploring Europe’s iconic waterways.”

All departures include the drinks package; return flights with regional airport options or Eurostar; full board; and daily visits and tours.

Sailings also include on-board lectures, port talks and entertainment.
