Rock renews Midcounties deal
Rock insurance brokers have renewed their partnership with Midcounties Co-operative to continue providing their customers with travel insurance for a further three years.
Sue Reid, deputy group general manager of Midcounties said: "We have a very effective partnership with Rock that has ensured our business grows annually meeting our customer needs."
Rock head of client development Ashley Millington said: "To ensure Midcounties Co-operative can continue to offer the best cover, Rock has examined the demographics of their client base and refined our product to create a more tailored offering.
"We look forward to rolling out the revised product across the group’s retail branches and call centres in the next six months."
Rock said it had made a commitment to create products specific to each area of Midcounties’ business, including for homeworkers, retail outlets or ‘an alternative distribution channel’.
The insurance broker recently attended the Personal Travel Agents Conference to fully understand their requirements and has since seen a significant increase in conversion, it claimed.
